This powerful journey begins with awareness - really getting in touch with your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. In our sessions, we will learn and practice somatic experiences to help you create a sense of safety in your body so that you can begin to process triggers and past traumas in a way that is both healing and empowering. I will be there to guide you in becoming more fully aware of your body's wisdom so that you can feel your power within. With this newfound connection between body and mind, you can create an internal narrative that fosters deep understanding of yourself as well as encouraging self-compassion.
