ANXIETY AND TRAUMA INTENSIVE THERAPY IN ILLINOIS:
Deep Healing Beyond Weekly Sessions

SOMETIMES AN HOUR IS NOT ENOUGH...

Have you ever felt like you were just starting to open up in therapy when the time ran out? Or maybe you’ve been carrying anxiety, trauma, or the weight of midlife changes, and one hour a week barely scratches the surface.

It can feel frustrating, even discouraging....An hour a week is often too small a container for what you may need. So what if there was another way?

What if the intensity of your experience could be met with an equally intense commitment to your healing?

That’s why I offer INTENSIVE THERAPY SESSIONS.

Instead of rushing, you’ll have 2 to 15 hours of focused time - a space where you don’t have to hold back or pack everything into sixty minutes. Longer sessions allow you to stay with your process, move through it, and find deeper relief.

Why Intensives Feel Different

Intensive therapy is extended, focused time where your healing is held with care and without interruption. It's definitely not about “pushing harder.” It’s designed to give you the time and attention you’ve always needed but rarely get.

    •    Accelerate your progress. what might take months of weekly therapy can often be                        reached in days with focused, immersive work.

    •    With space to slow down, your nervous system can finally regulate.

    •    With room to stay present, emotions can rise and settle without being cut off.

    •    With dedicated time, you can connect dots, release patterns, and actually feel shifts take              root.

    •    Integrate and anchor. every intensive ends with tools and practices to help you carry the              work into your daily life, so you leave feeling steady, not raw.

Extended therapy may feel right for you if:

    •     Weekly therapy is not giving you the shifts you want.

    •    You’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or overwhelm in midlife.

    •    You’re craving deep, focused healing time.

    •    You want clarity and tools you can carry with you long after the session.

Intensive therapy can help with:

    •   Trauma, including complex PTSD and childhood wounds

    •    Anxiety and panic attacks

    •    Depression and emotional numbness

    •    Relationship struggles and insecure attachment patterns

    •    Low self-worth, shame, and inner criticism

    •    Life transitions and decision-making

    •    Grief/loss

    •    Perimenopause/menopause mental health

    •    Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself

How the Sessions Work

    •    2–6 hours: Space to focus on one theme, gain clarity, and create meaningful shifts.

    •   10-15 hours: Spread over 2–3 days, giving you time for deeper healing while keeping you               supported and grounded.

Breaks are included whenever you need them. This process is not about endurance, but instead about creating a rhythm that helps you feel safe, stay present, and connect to what really matters.

Your Intensive Therapy Investment

My standard rate is $225 per hour, but I offer tiered pricing so that the more time you commit to, the more value you receive. You decide what length feels right whether that’s a shorter reset, a half-day of focused work, or a multi-day intensive.
