My philosophy and approach
My approach is a mix of mindfulness-based somatic therapy, parts work, interpersonal neurobiology, and a bit of depth psychology. That might sound like a lot but really, it just means we slow down, get curious, and gently peel back the layers. Together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and help you reconnect with the strength and wisdom that’s already inside you. It’s about supporting you in living in a way that feels more grounded, whole, and true to who you really are.
MY APPROACH IS ROOTED IN FOUR PILLARS:
SAFE ~ SLOW ~ SIMPLE ~ SACRED
SAFE: A space where your nervous system can exhale
Real healing begins with safety - not just physical, but emotional, relational, and somatic. Many of the women I work with have spent years in survival mode: over-functioning, people-pleasing, dissociating, or staying silent to stay safe.
In our work together, safety doesn’t mean avoiding discomfort. It means building enough stability and trust, internally and relationally, to explore your pain without being overwhelmed by it. This is a space where all parts of you are welcome.
Safety is the foundation for freedom.
SIMPLE: We come back to what matters
Healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In fact, it shouldn’t be. Together, we’ll sift through what’s yours and what’s not. We’ll soften the internal chaos and find the clarity underneath. This often means simplifying your expectations, reimagining your patterns, and clarifying your needs.
Simplicity doesn’t mean easy, it means essential. It means coming back to your core values and aligning your choices from that place.

Simplicity creates spaciousness.
And from there, ease can return.
SLOW: We honor the pace of your body, not the pressure of the world
We live in a culture that glorifies urgency, quick fixes, and pushing through. But trauma doesn’t heal on a timeline. Neither does grief, identity loss, chronic stress or burnout.
Here, we move at the pace of trust.
Slowness in therapy allows space for deep change to occur gently. and sustainably. It honors the intelligence of your nervous system and gives you space to hear your own inner knowing. There is no pressure to "get it right," but to simply be.
Slowness is what makes real growth possible.
SACRED: Your healing is not a project. It’s a homecoming
I view therapy a sacred space where your pain has meaning. Not in a bypassing, silver-lining way but in a deeper, more reverent sense. The symptoms you’re experiencing are not signs of brokenness. They’re signals. Invitations.
In our work, we’ll approach your healing as something sacred. Your life as something worth honoring, not fixing. We’ll weave together body awareness, relational presence, and mindful inquiry to help you reconnect with your truest self.

The sacred invites you to live from wholeness, not your wounds.

I work with women navigating transitions, anxiety, trauma, chronic stress and (peri)menopause.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or numb --
unsure of how to begin, but certain they can't continue the way things are.
