I believe that the key to a fulfilling and purpose-driven life lies within the depths of your being. My approach blends mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy with Interpersonal Neurobiology, inner parts exploration, and depth psychology, creating a space for deep healing. It focuses on helping you explore and unearth the inner wisdom and strength that resides within you, paving the way for a truly holistic and empowered way of living.
