THERAPY FEES & INVESTMENT | ILLINOIS
Transparent pricing.
No surprises.
Everything you need to know about fees, insurance,
and how to get started.
Therapy is one of the few investments that affects everything else — your relationships, your energy, how you feel in your body, how you move through the world. The work that we do together doesn't stay in the session, it follows you into your life.
I accept private pay for clients who prefer to work outside of insurance, or whose plan I am not in-network with. Private pay offers more flexibility, complete confidentiality, and no limitations on session frequency or duration.
Sessions are held virtually across Illinois.
Weekly, biweekly, or whatever pace is right for you.
Introductory Consultation (20 min) - free
Individual Therapy Session (50 min) - $188
I also offer ANXIETY AND TRAUMA THERAPY INTENSIVES for women across Illinois.
These longer sessions, anywhere from 2 to 15 hours, give you the space that weekly therapy often can't. Instead of touching the surface and picking it back up week after week, we're able to stay with what's coming up long enough for something real to shift.
The work becomes more focused, more connected, and often more impactful because we're not stopping just as you start to open.

Insurance Options
I work with most major plans through Headway, which manages all billing and insurance administration so our time together stays focused entirely on the work.
Many of my clients find their sessions are covered at little to no out-of-pocket cost depending on their plan and deductible. The easiest way to find out is to verify your coverage directly.
If your plan is not listed below, or you're not sure what's covered, CHECK YOUR COVERAGE HERE or reach out and we'll figure it out together.
